Purchased a car, was told we would receive two keys. After waiting three weeks and calling numerous times. Where told we would have to buy a new one. Finance tried to use pushy tactics to try to get extra money out of us in a sneeky way. Do not recommend. This dealership has went down hill for sure.
Took my 2017 titan for service. The floor was covered with water and no mats or anything just wet shiny smooth concrete that caused my friend to fall flat on his butt. Then never got a call when it was done, however they said they called and left a message, i didn’t receive a message or missed call. that could be a network issue. they didn’t reset the maintenance warning lights after servicing my truck. Came in the service department on Thursday the 2nd of August looking to get and update for my radio. I stood there with my wife who is handicap holding on to my arm and we stood there for at 10 min and nobody even ask to help us. We just walk out after the 10 min of not even being acknowledged. I guess I’ll go the aftermarket radio route!
