Same thing as last time. They dropped the ball again and forgot to take care of an issue that I needed done prior to the vehicle leaving the state on a trip. No more Nissans for me.

January 2011 I bought a new Altima coupe, other than then trying to wear me down during negotiation, the purchase went well. ...and then...AND THEN, the SPAM barrage was on!! Ugh!! For years I have unsubscribed repeatedly, only to continue to receive emails and phone calls. I lost my locking lug nut key, so I thought too myself, why not contract them? Big, I mean huge, mistake. Fenton service dept wanted to fix a rough shifting problem by replacing 2 parts on the shifting mount for $1000. They charged a mandatory $160 just to look at it, which I paid. The small problem took the dept almost 2 hours to diagnose. I then left the dealer because their plan to replace those parts did not seem reasonable. I took my titan truck to a local OKC garage that I use. Their mechanic fixed the shifter problem by simply cleaning and lubricating the shifting shield which slides along, as you shift, under shift stick... read more
I have now bought 5 cars from this dealership and my last visit was less then pleasent. The sales person was trying to force us to get a new car when we were not interested in a new car. We told her multiple times we were only interested in pre owened on this visit. After several back and forths with us almost walking out, I lectured the sales person about how to treat her customers and she turned her attitude around. Will most likely consider a different dealership next time.
