Tried to charge us $13,000 dollars for a new motor when all we needed was to have the oil flushed. Got a reputable mechanic to look at our 2017 Murano we bought here. He noted that they never did a check to see. Service department confirmed that all they did was look in the oil fill. The oil change timer was never set on the vehicle which caused some sludge. Actual cost to repair with our mechanic was $350. Will also be filing a complaint with Nissan and a rating for the BBB

WORST Experience EVER!! If you want to get your hopes up and then screwed over at the end then this is your place 💩... Every single person there was so RUDE and shady and their communication was complete 💩💩. Even the receptionists would hang up and get attitudes and SO DISRESPECTFUL, Especially the sales manager!!! After the deal was pulled he was cursing and acting like he didn’t care for our business and said he was doing us a “favor” whatever that means... so Goodluck to future customers... 👎👎👎

The people here are great! The gentleman I spoke with was Robert Wilkins. He went above and beyond to get me into a car I could afford and worked with me to help me get the payments I could afford even when it meant staying later than he should’ve had to. I can’t say enough about how appreciate his hard work and the work of his coworkers to help me out! I had a wonderful experience here because of Robert and his co workers mike and sebastian.
