Worst service in the city. Nice people but worst service in the city. Since I have bought my truck and they have been handling the service contract. I have had to too off an oil change on my truck with not one but 2 quarts of oil on one occasion. Then on three other occasion s they did not rotate my tires as they were supposed to. RecommendedOrr Nissan West is by far the BEST Dealership I’ve dealt with in a very long time. Aaron Nathan is the BEST salesperson ever. It’s been a couple of weeks and I can still remember his name. Usually the next day I can’t remember my salesman.
We purchased our car in January of this year. Nissan Certified 2018 Murano. We took the car on a test drive and all seemed well. When we headed home, the collision sensor lit up, which disabled the cruise control. We took the vehicle back, 10 Days later per their instructions, to have the sensor fixed and they told us that they couldn’t fix the vehicle because the Financing hadn’t been completed.
