Carlos and Chris were fantastic. Very friendly, laid back and relaxed. Not a car dealership where you feel like you’re backed in a corner. They took their time with me and answered my 100 questions. Everyone I encountered was professional and I felt like my business was valued even though I didn’t buy an expensive car. I would send anyone I know to Orr West Nissan to buy a car. They will do right by you.

I will be the first to admit that I HATE, HATE, HATE the car buying process. It can feel overwhelming, stressful and often difficult to navigate through, especially when you aren’t sure where to begin. AWFUL experience. So many broken promises, a lot of run around, and dishonest people. We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership but NEVER AGAIN. They took an extra and unforeseen $600 out of our pocket and did nothing to make it right. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

This is the worst car buying experience I have EVER had in my entire life. A price was agreed upon and the salesperson was set to deliver my vehicle to me. The salesperson wanted me to CashApp the money to them for delivery. Shady? Yes. I reminded the salesperson to bring the extra key and she assured me she had it and then called me and said she had forgotten it. She stated multiple times that she would send it. Dropped my car off at 10 am and was told it would be an hour. Came back at 230 they had not even looked at my car. They said they would take it back right away. 15 minutes later it was done. I waited all day for a 15 minute diagnostic test and paid way to much for that. Crappy service

They lied and I told them before I went there that my car was running bad and I didn't want to make the trip if I wasn't gonna get approved and they said I was pre approved and now I'm trying to make it back home in my car that doesnt run good and I stay out of town

Good communication. Deal cut and dry like I like it. Not too much fuss or games. We would buy here again if opportunity opens up and recommend others to give them a shot as well.
