I called on Saturday and set up a time to test a used 2015 truck. The gentleman did not say anything about putting a deposit down. I confirmed with a women’s who called to confirm my driving time 2 hours before the appointment. As I went to their website to get the address of the dealership I noticed they had marked the truck up 3,000 dollars. Then I call ask about that before I drive an hour over there. Their Service apartment is horrible they miss my engine up and did not fix it not good
I’m so frustrated. I spoke on the phone with Mark in used cars. He was AWESOME, Walking me through the process, working with my trade in until... one day he “disappeared” I tried for a week to contact him before contacting management where I was informed that Mark was on vacation. I was then referred to Ryan, a manager in used sales.
