So I bought a used vehicle for my wife, they told me warranty was still valid under the manufacturer warranty. We'll take it in to a dealer and the inform me it's not valid because it came from Canada, so call Fenton they get it have t a week call and says it's ready. I go 35min drive and crawl under and want inside and informed them they weren't done with it and it wasn't fixed. They took it inside raided it up and 7 people look at it. We came today to get a car for my birthday and they made it a wonderful experience. In and out with no hick ups. They were caring and willing to help us out in getting the perfect car. They were not pushy at all! Justin went above and beyond to help us out. As well as the finance guy who got us the best deal. Thank you so much !
I've tried to contact Finance and the General Manager and no one has called me back. I've been trying to call, leaving voicemails and sending emails for three weeks now. When will this dealership show any sort of decent customer service?!?
