My only regret is I can't give this organization zero stars. Hui Buy, the financial services manager was a complete head case. He lied to mother, he said she couldn't purchase an extended warranty after she left his office and said gap coverage was demanded by the lender. Tinker would never demand gap insurance. Anyway, long story short, don't ever buy a car here.
the lack of communication and customer service from the finance dept has made me wish I never bought my car from Fenton Nissan. They were completely misleading in financing and cost me an extra $2030 on top of the $6000 I put down, do not trust these people! Fenton gives Nissan a bad name...
Huey in finance didn't like it that someone did things their way with their own financing. so you know what he did? sent them demeaning text messages, one after another.
On Saturday I traded my truck in on a used truck. I told them before I signed the paperwork I was going to put the factory radio and wheels on my trade. They said ok. On Monday I picked up my new to me truck and turned in the tradin. Now Thursday they call telling me to bring the wheels up there or they will void the deal. This place will rip you off. And when I picked my truck up on Monday I had to wait 2 hours for them to detail it and it wasn't really that clean when they was done
I went in today thinking I was approved. To only find out I was in fact wrong I needed 2500 down only good that came outta the long drive from enid is the salesman was awesome and other workers I ran into
They were just awesome thru the whole process, this was the first car I have bought on my own without any help from my parents, the got me a car that was great and talon was great during the finance part of if. I wasn't signing right away because I wanted to know what every thing ment. He was also so patience with me. I did my budget in the office 3 times to make sure I could handle it. He even did his own budget with me. I would highly recommended them.
