They went above and beyond expectations to get us a truck. Even months later when we had a few problems getting our tow package installed at the Wichita Nissan dealership, Fenton made sure to make it right. We drove from Kansas to get our truck at Fenton, best decision we could've made.
I bought a 350Z there a few years back but when I take same car there for brake service which should be pretty simple the fools there say they can't get under my car with there lifts! Over priced service and they can't even work on their own cars they sell. Thumbs down...
We went in knowing the vehicle we wanted and price we wanted to pay and they treated us very well. They did try to make more on the car via interest rate and terms but after sticking to our guns we bought it for exactly what we wanted. Nice people nice selections.
Good service during the sale, extremely poor service after the sale. Contacted multiple times throughout the year, and I was promised a phone call back every single time by the sales manager, or employees. He lied and told me they attempted to call me 1 time, but never heard from them. Still no call back... Very poor management. Will not refer another person!
Fantastic Experience from the guys over at Fenton Nissan west in OKC! Our salesman Kyle was polite and did an outstanding job.
