My flight was incredibly delayed when I came in for a conference so I had coworkers confirm with the front desk that my reservation would not be cancelled for a no show. This is my second time here, I can’t say enough about this hotel. The food is amazing!
There was not one thing I was pleased about during my stay at this resort. I have vacationed in Orlando for years and this hotel by far has displeased me the most. The service was awful starting with valet and their disregard for courteous customer service! Not one person offered to helped with luggage when arriving or leaving. Honestly just checked in there is an air mattress in my room a previous guest left and housekeeping just ignored and left it also its just here on the floor im putting it on the terrace and i have found 3 roaches crawling in plain sight on wall. Behind tv and door going into room next door. Obviously parking is nowhere near sufficient for the event. I don’t even kno where to start with this place. On arrival we had several bags for our stay as we pulled up to valet not one person offered to help with our belongings. This place is really only good for business stay. Defiantly not a place to enjoy vacation at. You would get better service at a motel 6! Once we checked out they did not charge us the correct rates for each night of our stay. The staff was incredible from the lady that cleaned our room to the bartenders in High Velocity.

This is definitely the place you want to stay when you’re in Orlando, FL.
Overpriced. Customer service horrible. 2 charges for valet when we didn’t use valet. Their Starbucks is abnormally expensive. Go to Gaylord, at least it’s prettier inside, better shops and restaurants..
