I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the ambiance splendid. I would recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.
This place was awful! Overpriced, and the service is horrendous. Every restaurant was overpriced, microwaved food. When complaints were made pretty much nothing was done to fix them. Even the parking, which again was overpriced, often had issues with both the payment machines and the ticket machine. One of the ticket machines to get in the garage even ran out of tickets.The only good thing about this place was the Mikado restaurant. I would avoid this place like the plague.
Muy bonito hotel y muy comodo , todo hermoso, solamente pude ir a un restaurante con un excelente servicio , pero lo que no me gusto fue que nunca lavaron la tina del baño, estuvimos ahi 3 noches y el ultimo dis se vio sucia . En general se sacaron 4 estrellas para mi �
Es bueno si quien podrían mejorar la comida en los bares cerca de la piscina ! No me gusto la comida y también la fogata de gas funciono 5 min y luego se Dano y estaba haciendo frío 🤣! Puede mejorar el servicio ! El restaurante italino muy rica la comida

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Absolutely horrible hotel. Not only did the front hotel desk off any help to our concerns whatsoever, My husband and I booked a King Upgraded room with a Pool View, even received confirmation and even paid MORE for the upgrade. At time of check-in we were told our room was not only “no longer available” But that we had been downgraded to a DOUBLE room, let me remind u my husband is 6’2 250#, so we can either sleep on top of each other with no room or sleep in separate beds, AND our amazing “pool view” wa... read more
So much for a relaxing night. I’m on the 15th floor poolside in hopes of reading and having a chill night to myself. Instead, and I have 65+ decibels of club music (measured with an app) blasting through the closed door and curtains as this hotel puts on a laser light show at the pool for the next 15 minutes (it started with a 10 minute pre-show) for the second time today.
