Nice facility....but the SERVICE was great. Every employee I saw made eye contact and said “Good Morning or Good afternoon.” They ALL made me feel like they appreciated that I was there. That they appreciate my business. That’s a lost and forgotten art these days!
Absolutely stellar service and an outstanding staff! Thanks to Juanita in Cypress hall, Dave and Florian at the Italian restaurant for making memories, Milan humor packed waiter, our dear housekeeper and all the others, not enough room to name all of you. Very clean, so comfy room.
This is my favorite place to stay in Orlando, FL. The suites are clean and spacious. I love the staff, walking trails, pool, cocktails, and food. Thank you for a wonderful Spring Break!! Keep up the great work.
All was wonderful except the size of the beds...should be queen sized and not full sized...
Every aspect of the service was fantastic. Our room and resort were clean. The worst part was having to leave.
Beautiful hotel and amazing pool. The kids had a blast playing bean bags, pool, ping pong, and connect four on the huge game table.
JAW DROPPING our experience has been over the top the nicest staff and prettiest pool areaS cap that s because there’s a bunch of pool areas love it we will make it our only place to stay
Nice but isolated from everything around. In order to get out one needs to either book a trip with them or hire a cab or Uber. Wanted to rent a car but firstly they were out of cars secondly it is over 100 bucks a day while at the airport u can get one for $ 22 a day. Overall pretty good but did not like the fact that one is forced to use expensive and not so great restaurants here etc. Imagine 2 egg breakfast $19. Lol.
Bad meal. So noisy.
