We had a wonderful time at the Gordon food service annual meeting. The only thing I wish is they hadn’t taken the salt-and-pepper away from the table so soon because I was still eating. But great service.
I would like to give a shout out to Fernando at the Falls Pool Bar! We really enjoyed his service yesterday and the food was exceptional as well. I tried to get on my Marriott app and give him a review but don’t think there is a place to. Thanks Fernando, my husband & I enjoyed meeting you.
My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary this past week and it was amazing!! The king guest room had an awesome view of the resort and nightly light up the night show was great! All the restaurants and bars had very friendly staff and dining was superb. Loved the pantry that had everything from bottles of cold wine/beer/champagne, made to order flat breads, snacks, fresh muffins/deserts & everything you could want! Rooms are nice but beds are small ( double ) , dont like having food tray in room that charges by sensors when traveling with small kids. Your paying for the resort and its ammenities though which are plenty. . With a lot of people checking in and out , valet people , buses and the shuttle to parking out front can be hectic so use patience , its frustrating they have no organization for shuttle when it pulls up ( which is not always at same spot cause of all the congestion ) people run to it cutting off people that were wait... read more
My family enjoyed the entire visit and atmosphere. Love the convenience of all the pools, restaurants and the great location. The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. My five year old granddaughter said it was the best hotel ever, we will definitely visit again....the Bosley and Harris family!
