Great family orientated atmosphere with the staff very friendly, kind, and hard working.
I've scrolled through and read a lot of the other reviews of this property prior to posting mine. I travel frequently and stay in Marriott hotels on business. This is not just a hotel, its much more. It is a resort. If you are looking for place to lay your head after running around the parks all day this is not it. This place is huge! The Orlando World Center Marriott is an exceptional location with amazing staff and services.
Amazing customer service whether it was Antonia in housekeeping, Jordan at the front desk or Josiah at the pool bar! Had a great stay and would stay again!

Love the hospitality of the front desk especially Ms Imee, who really gave us all the assistance for all our inquiries.
Way better than JW Marriott. Front desk employee at world center Marriott are polite -JW are arrogant specially if your Asian guest, world center front desk employee are accommodating - JW Marriott are assholes - they will look at you head to toe without explaining why this and that they just want your money and give you the feeling like as guests you OWE them, world center Marriott front desk employee will offer you or at least ask if you’d like late check out (very much a huge plus) - JW Marriott sucks on that and when you... read more
I've stayed at Marriott resorts around the world and I have to say I was disappointed with this one. I'm a platinum elite member and was disappointed that i spent 100,000 points for a weekend stay. I spent extra points to upgrade to a laser pool view room. Before arrival I checked in with the mobile app and received the usual notice of a room upgrade. Upon arrival... no upgrade... just what I booked. No biggie though. I brought it to their attention and they credited me $20. That's nice I guess... pays for one days parking. ... read more
Very nice property, rooms are large, pools are really nice. Even though the rooms look great, it appears to need an update.
