Fabulous stay!! We got upgraded to a huge suite which was fantastic! Love the pools and slides!! Already planning our trip back 😀
The hotel itself is very nice, rooms are definitely set up conveniently with a full length mirror near the sink and vanity section; laid out nicely. Beds are comfortable and overall very clean. Bottles of water are left in your room daily, which is handy if you need a quick drink in the middle of the night. The staff is superb; very nice and accommodating consistently. Weekend get away with the husband. Had a wonferful time. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

The service is awesome and perfect venue for symposiums or conferences.
My husband was there for a conference, so my sons and I tagged along and did Disney. We had a wonderful time. The boys loved coming back to the hotel to swim and watch the laser show. We could watch the fireworks at Magic Kingdom from our balcony at night. Our experience with the staff was mostly with the lifeguards at the pool and they were very friendly! We would stay again in a heartbeat!
I was here for a couple of days for a conference of about 1800+ attendees. The design point is a resort as opposed to a hotel, and that difference makes some differences. Some observations: • It's a very large, multi-building property with much inside and outside space. • Be prepared to do lots and lots of walking.
