There are no words that i can use to explain how grateful i am to Winnie and Arnold Palmer hospital, my son has gotten the best treatment since the day he was born, thank you Palmer team!

Wonderful experience at the Ortho center with our daughters broken arm. Great staff all around!
The OR staff was OK,had problems with my daughters port, never could get it. When we got to the room the nurses were OK. She had knee surgery gave us a ice pack never asked if it needed filling,when I asked I was told where to fill it. Gave us a bed side potty ,never asked if she needed to go. I helped her. Food services was good,good choices. When done with tray I sat it on counter was told It goes it nourishment room in a gray cart , they did not take it.But staff was polite for the most part. We had the best experience here at their ER facility. There are so many people to thank for caring for my daughter. Dr. Plumley first for getting a second ultra sound, then Dr. Smith for finding different results in the ultrasound. All of the nurses in the ER (especially Natasha) for their care and patience. Then all of the nursing staff on level 6, Alexis, Hannah, Conner and Karen. We had the best experience possible under the circumstances. God bless you all!!
Incredible, knowledgeable and caring staff on the neuro unit. They were willing and able to answer all of my questions at any time, day or night. My 4 year old son was treated like a king to help him feel safe and happy. They had a gingerbread making party since it was a few days before the holidays and Star Wars storm troopers and a real R2D2 robot came in to visit all the kids and pass out gifts.
