Stuff at Arnold Palmer are great, doctors keep you informed constantly. So glad a choose this hospital for my daughter's procedure
This was the worst most unsafe hospital ever! They did not even put a wrist name on my daughter. They would dispense meds, do labs, xrays...and not one person asked to verify her identity. Not one person asked her name or date of birth or looked for a bracelet. We called ahead and were told to come, then found out their neurosurgeons would not see her and there was no dr. capable of handling her medicine pump. I noticed that the Doctor and Nurses were very attentive to the needs of the patient I was visiting. This wasn't my first time visiting this facility. I would highly recommend this hospital.

This hospital was absolutely amazing! I mean everyone, despite their occupation or duty, was kind, went over and beyond to be helpful and were compassionate and caring. The amenities were endless, we felt right at home. Even in the uneasiness of having my one month old rushed into surgery, they were comforting and assuring; they felt like family.
