Everyone was kind and helpful. My son needed a procedure done, and every nurse was kind and compassionate. They answered all his questions, helped him with his anxiety and did everything they could to make him comfortable. When the nurse couldn't get his IV started she immediately stopped (didn't probe around) and got another nurse to do it. My son was very thankful for this, as he hates it when they probe around for the vein. I wouldn't hesitate to come back!
I would like to say they are as great as their reputation but after my son fell from our second floor window he was traumed here. They refused to do any scans on him and just watched him overnight. Now a few weeks later my son was diagnosed with an L3 compression spinal fracture! They missed this after I requested over and over to scan him.
It was GREAT!! Everyone was so nice. Didn't have to sit for hrs to be seen. My daughter had the flu. She was treated in a short time frame and sent home with meds. Wish we had one back home.
I cannot express my gratitude enough for the wonderful care my 1 month old granddaughter received at APH...the staff was very pleasant, gentle and sweet to her, took great care of us (the family) as well... the room service was amazing and delicious.. you guys ROCK..!!
Excelente Servicio, muy amables, cordiales y muy rápido.
We were rushed into the ER by ambulance while on vacation. I knew nothing about this place what so ever! Well, God did! He put us here so we could be cared for by the most amazing people I have ever met! From the time we entered there were amazing doctors and nurses, but also people to hold our hand and walk us through the process. We went from the ER to the Special Card Unit to the OR. When my daughter was having seziures the rushed her to the back and the nurses are awesome!!!
My son had a Minor surgery and from the time we arrived every one was super helpful and very helpful. He and I were both very nervous and the staff took very good care of us!
From the security guards to the physicians... AMAZING!! Thank you so much for your dedication and compassion! 💙
