Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children is the best hospital in the world, in my opinion. When my Son was incredibly ill just after his first Birthday in September, this was the only place that could figure out what was going on. Fast forward 7 months from our first admission, we now know that he has Neutropenia, and continues care with Dr. Levy and Nurse Lauren in the Haley Center on a regular basis. My son and I were greeted at the door and everyone was very friendly from the desk into triage. It wasn't busy so it was only about 5 minutes until we went back. We were quickly greeted by a doctor and then a nurse. Both were friendly and kept us up to date. The longest part was waiting for x-ray results but that was to be expected. A wonderful experience!!

I went in for my son who had some discharge from his belly button and what I guess to look like a Hernia that appeared overnight. I took him to pediatrician and after leaving Dr's office she referred me to Arnold Palmer hosp because she said He needed to see a surgeon asap. Went to valet, waited 25 for someone take my car.. Checked in, waited approx hour in lobby, was taken in to the room. Within 20 min 2 Dr's saw my son, and one surgeon (snoopy) Left the hospital with 2 types of antibio and still unsure what it is my son ha... read more

Best experience ever my daughter was released today after a 24 hour EEG. Everyone one from when I walked in and out where great.. Everyone was so great to my princess they made sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. They even came in the room multiple times just to play at least for 5 minutes with my daughter kept her busy while her testing was completed.

What a great Hospital, my twin daughters got admitted one was there for 3 weeks and every single staff I met or spoke to on the phone were absolutely wonderful! I really love that I got phone calls from the actual doctors and speech therapist to discuss about my girls when I was not there. Thank you to all of you who took great care of my little girls. I was there yesterday with my nephews(2). They both had surgery. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful! The experience was above what I expected. Thanks for the hospitality and the exceptional service. I wish that I had written down the names of every staff that we had interaction with so that I could personally commend them!

Walked in at 2am for my child's earache... Was checked straight in, he was sent for his vitals to be taken, and we were took straight to a room. The Dr. Was in our room within 2 minutes. Dr. was awesome and even gave my son a dose of antibiotics to hold us over until the pharmacy opened. The whole visit was about 30 minutes. Awesome, quick and friendly experience!

This is the best hospital for children my daughter recently had open heart surgery and the nurses were amazing they take such good care of my baby I would highly recommend this hospital to all children!!
