I went to the hospital, because my son has a fever for a week and a half... and Tylenol it doesn't work anymore...And when they do Xray on his chest they find out that he has Neumonia, my son is autistic he doesn't talk but thank all the personnel tread my son like he special...Thanks doctor's Edmara Nieves, and doctor Nelson...My son is getting better...am blessing that count such special hospital near by house..
Every question we had about our son's care was answered on the spot. I felt like everyone was holding our hand along the way. Such a loving place. Thank you to the RN'S Robin, Lauren, Karen, Dr. Johnson, all the aids and the kitchen crew.
Everyone is super nice and very helpful parent beds are like sleeping on card board boxes but great hospital!!!!!!!
My children have been to this children's hospital numerous times and once for a couple months. The staff of docs,nurses,respiratory therapist's, child life specialist, case workers, music therapy are all very amazing. They make sure not only are you comfortable but the children have the best time possible while recovering. They have truely became like a 2nd family! Thank you all for all that you do!
I am proud to work for this company. Our daughter had minor surgery and the staff, as always, was amazing. My little one came out of it with little to no side effects and just as happy and playful as she went in. Thank you, Arnold Palmer staff!
This being the first time in orlando let alone in a hospital i was impressed with their service.They were hospitable polite and most of all very quick.I recommend here for parents to take their children in case of anything
I've been here for two weeks everyday after school to be with my son while he was in ICU and now he is recovering, I love the staff here. Just great people, the security, th front desk, nurses, doctors, chaplains, just overwhelmed with such love this staff has. Amazing. Thank you is not enough tp show how I feel.
The staff is very excellent.... They have some of the best doctor's in town. Love this place
