Our 6 month old daughter has been there multiple times due to various health concerns. The staff is always so welcoming and comforting. They will go out of their way to make sure that you know what is going on, where you are going etc. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and doctors on the different floors always greets the baby like she can understand what is going on.
