I love how they have valet parking in the front. My favorite valet guy is Jeremy, HE IS AWESOME!!!!
The nurse are amazing and the doctors there are great... My daughter was there in the ER for 9 hours and they made her feel special tried to make her laugh and comfortable as they could in her condition... They are very polite and generous.
Best physicians, nurses staff all AROUND THE BEST CARE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED OUR SECOND STAY THERE AND BEING 45- 1 hr away from home they make you feel so safe,secure and absolutely hopefull..5 STARS FOR EVERYTHING ROOM SERVICE AS WELL..
The wait wasn't bad except when we got to the back. But my overall experience was pretty ok.

I have children with CF and my children have been at Arnold Palmer multiple times over the last ten years. The doctors, nurses, and staff have always been very personable and professional. A hospital stay is never a good thing, but my children actually look forward to it when they know they are coming, due to the services they provide and the staff that loves on them and makes them feel like family. Would recommend this hospital to anyone. Thank you!

We did a tour for our store IHOP #77. The staff was very nice. We enjoy getting the chance to see where the money go that we raise on Pancake Day. We got to see a what new stuff they have for the kids and parents. I enjoyed it and enjoyed their staff. Way to go! If I could give more stars I would.
My son had open heart surgery at Arnold Palmer on January 23rd, 2017. I could not have asked for a better hospital experience and stay. You saved my son's life and you were all amazing. I would like to recognize Dr. William DeCampli (surgeon), Dr. Munro (Anesthesiology), Kara (OR nurse), Dr. Sukumar (Critical Care), Erin and Lindy (child life specialists), Ashley (Nurse Practitioner) and the wonderful nurses that my son had: Elizabeth, Liz, Chelsea and Casey. Thank you so much Arnold Palmer. We are forever indebted to you!
