Awesome experience,nurses and doctors were awesome.
Amazing experience from the transport team (Ambulance) to the nurses and doctors and everyone in between. Thank you for the great care and making us all feel so comfortable.

The hospital rooms themselves were very small and uncomfortable and lacking the soothing feeling for both patients and family. Floor nurses were/are EXCELLENT!! Rating for ER.....ZERO! The facility was more comforting but the staff were rude and preoccupied, gossiping or on their phones!!
Well, lets face facts: nobody LOVES going to the hospital, especially when it's for children. But this hospital is very warm and friendly, with a great staff and entertaining decor. The wait time can be long, but it's because they take the time to check every child out completely. I have trusted them with the lives of my children on several occasions, and I know they will always be who we turn to in a time of need.
I was there from 930pm until 11pm just waiting to be seen. My son had been in a car accident and was having head and neck pain. Once we finally was called back we were waiting another 30mins for the doctor. Just for him to come and do a 2 minute examine and send us home saying we don't need any test I think be will be just fine. I questioned the PA doctor which caused him to get upset. Then the other doctor came in with more in-depth information for me but the PA came back again upset and telling again what the other doctor ... read more
I love Arnold Palmer hopstial for children I was born there I was a patient there when I was young and back in 2010 I had Back surgery At APH the nurses were amazing they loved me I was their favorite patient. I even volunteer in Tenn voultree program I Done tower 3 nerour and othod my freashmen year of summer and spring and tower 3 angin my sophomore summer I love the nurses on neouro and orthord they love me I enjoyed that floor they all are great I even did the Art cart last summer it is pertty fun the patients love the A... read more
