I love the staff in this hospital. We've been here more times than I could count and we've only had one bad experience, which wasn't even that bad. We came yesterday (11/8/16) for surgery and stayed overnight. All the nurses have been wonderful, very loving, caring and helpful. Especially Christine who was the nurse that checked us in into the 3rd floor. I wouldn't change APH for nothing.
The staff is always friendly and hospitable, offering to carry things and interacting with the kids and asking if you need to charge you phone.

Thank you so much for fixing our baby girl's arm up.I took her to Deland hospital and they told me nothing was wrong.I brought her in to your ER and without even taking x-rays the Dr know what was wrong and popped her elbow back in place.BIG THANK YOU
They took exceptional care of our daughter. The doctors, the staff and the volunteer were all wonderful. Thank you.
Very nice nurses did all they could to make my grandsons er visit a good experience for him .The doctor even showed him his chest xray and explained what everything was . My boy is 9 and autistic. They gave him a comfort blanket from the Linus Project . Loved them.
I was so blessed by team and each and every staff member I encountered went above and beyond both prior to and during my stay post foot surgery. Also proud to say I was born here almost 21 years ago.
The wait was just too long but I got there early so it wasn't that bad but I love the service they provided to me and my child.
