The best hospital staff I have ever seen. My daughter was a trauma alert, when we were in the er it was great. When we were sent upstairs to her room the nursing staff was absolutely amazing. Thank you all fir making this bad day such a great night.
We love this hospital. My sister had 2 brain surgeries this week and she was in the hospital for a week last summer for EEG monitoring and we couldn't be happier with the care she's received. The nurses, Techs, and doctors are attentive and kind and well-informed. The hospital goes out of their way to make the children happy and comfortable. We have had someone from child life in here every other day asking what games and movies she can bring my sister. They send in a sitter at night so my mom can try to get some rest and th... read more

My daughter had surgery yesterday with Dr Cotter. Everyone was amazing from the front desk, the child life specialist, the nurses, anesthesia and the Doctors. They answered all our questions, kept our daughter calm (and us too!), kept us up to date with her surgery, and took such great care of her. It was obvious people enjoy what they do. The Ease app was great, so nice getting updates throughout and after surgery! We had such a great experience. As scary as surgery can be, they made it such a great experience
We got transferred to Arnold Palmer from Daytona at 1am with our 1 yr old who after a week of dr/ER visits was only getting worse. Everything from the transport team who picked us up to the Dr's and nurses waiting for us were EXCELLENT! And finally with great Dr's and great nurses on the special care unit we had a diagnosis and a plan! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating to my little man!
