We took our daughter to the ER for a cut she had gotten. We were in and out in just a couple of hours and every person we came in contact with was patient, nurturing and efficient. I hope we never have a need to come back, but if we do we'll definitely be coming here again.
The best hospital staff I have ever seen. My daughter was a trauma alert, when we were in the er it was great. When we were sent upstairs to her room the nursing staff was absolutely amazing. Thank you all fir making this bad day such a great night.
We love this hospital. My sister had 2 brain surgeries this week and she was in the hospital for a week last summer for EEG monitoring and we couldn't be happier with the care she's received. The nurses, Techs, and doctors are attentive and kind and well-informed. The hospital goes out of their way to make the children happy and comfortable. My daughter had surgery yesterday with Dr Cotter. Everyone was amazing from the front desk, the child life specialist, the nurses, anesthesia and the Doctors. They answered all our questions, kept our daughter calm (and us too!), kept us up to date with her surgery, and took such great care of her. It was obvious people enjoy what they do. The Ease app was great, so nice getting updates throughout and after surgery! We had such a great experience. As scary as surgery can be, they made it such a great experience
