I have been training with Mike and the team for about a year. I was finding it difficult to recover from a back injury and had serious problems with my balance and strength. I received a personalised programme, mixing one to one sessions with group bootcamps. Everything is always supervised to ensure that I am maintaining form and reducing risk of injury. Been training at Origym for a few weeks now and am absolutely loving it! After having not so great experiences with other gyms before, I was a little bit skeptical about getting back into things but I'm so glad I did. All the trainers know exactly what they're doing and have been amazing with helping me build my confidence back up. Would highly recommend Origym to anyone looking to do group or individual PT. I cannot recommend Origym PT strongly enough, I've referred all my friends so that they can experience the same great results as I have. Mike Girvan PT is a complete Professional, using all of his experience as a top athlete to coach others. All programmes are unique, based on personal goals and preferences. The group sessions are high energy, interactive and really enjoyable. The members are welcoming and friendly, unlike other gyms. Don't waste your money elsewhere, if you want results go to Origym PT!
