Deep disappointment! I have been to Oreston Manor a few times and have had wonderful coffee and cake on each occassion. Not this time! On 23rd October I invited a friend to join me there for coffee and cake. We ordered our coffees extra hot please, and a chocolate fudge brownie each. The coffees arrived, hot, but not extra hot as we had asked. By the time our cakes arrived, our coffees were luke warm abd the fudge brownies were still partly frozen!! We have stayed at Orestone Manor many times as a special treat to celebrate birthdays and anniversary’s. It really is a wonderful place to stay. Food is excellent along with service and friendly staff. I would without hesitation recommend a stay here and cannot wait to return again.

I am curious as to what Orestone Manor choose to do with this review, as I have noticed that they can get a little defensive on any review that isn't glowing.
