This suites are spacious and clean, beds/pillows are SUPER comfortable, décor is a bit outdated but that didn't bother any of us.
After checking in (staff very pleasant) I walked to my room. It was quite nice, and although I didnt need it for my short stay, a fine kitchen plus another room upstairs.
We were quit impressed with the room,not knowing what we were getting in for because we had never heard of Hawthron Suites, but after checking in the room, it had central Air cond. with seperate thermostats for the up, and downstairs...the kitchen has it all,stove,micro.,ref.toaster, coffee maker, plus dishes, silverware,mugs, glasses etc everything your own kitchen has. Since we weren't use to the muggy weather in the 90's, we really liked how quiet the air conditioner was. The continental breakfast was very nice.
It was clean and comfy and located outside of the heart of Austin. Full breakfast is included and it was ok.
The room was spacious. We were able to check in early. Parking was convenient, easy to get to from interstate. Great restaurant next door.
This hotel was actually pretty perfect for just a little get-away weekend. It was quiet and tucked away even though it was right off of I-35. It was very convenient to get downtown and the lady at the front desk actually called a taxi for us so we wouldn't have to drive.
The hotel room was amazing. It was a lot bigger than the one we thought we rented, and it was priced very well. Complimentary breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, juice, bagels, toast, cereal was more than sufficient. people at the front desk where very friendly and were very helpful. Pool was too small. Would stay there again.
The price was very reasonable. Room was clean and well attended to each day. Having a kitchen was great! It allowed for fresh snacks, light lunch fare, and everyone's favorite beverages to be available.
The room we had was so spacious. Bed is comfortable. We got free Wi-fi and free breakfast.
