Always a good stay – My husband and I have stayed at the Hawthorne Suites for several years because of its cleanliness, accessibility and dependability. The breakfasts are good, and staff are reliable. Surprisingly, there is no road noise from the interstate highway, which is a block away, which is very important to me.

Reasonably priced – The hotel was very reasonably priced. We enjoyed quiet evenings and comfortable beds. It was a pleasant stay while visisting family in Austin.

Great hotel – The location was great. Near shuttle sites to UT football games. The hotel shows some age, but for the price, a very good stay.

Enjoyed our stay – it's an older hotel, but its a large space (the loft fit 5 adult family members and had 2 bathrooms) for a decent price.

Great Location – We stayed here during SXSW festival. They were just putting up their sign so I don't think they have owned it long. From the minute you get there you have the sense that it is a family business and they put a lot of care into the renovation and your comfort. It was a great location. Very convenient to have the kitchenette with full size refrigerator and there was a little patio you could sit on.

Superb Customer Service – The location was exactly what I needed, the front desk seemed to know where everyone was to stay during our stay. They made sure that when we left that a taxi was waiting for us. I would stay there again.
