The rate is reasonable and the rooms are clean and nice. The pool is surrounded by beautiful plants. The breakfast is real food and wonderful!!! I always stay here when I am in Austin for business

I've stayed there the last few times visiting Austin. A clean, friendly, hotel minutes from downtown. I will continue to use this hotel whenever I travel to Austin.

I am speechless – Let's see where should I start. I stayed at this hotel from Jan 31 thru May 19 2011 and it has been a previlige to stay with such committed owners and staff who bend over backwards to satisfy their customer. When I first checked in the hotel was under going renovation and the owner promised that I will have new mattresses, flat screen tv and new microwaves. In less than a week I had new mattresses in my room. Before the month was over I had large flat screen tv and a new microwave. Here is another instance ... read more

Fantastic – The service was fine, At the hotel, we found there was a $100 fee for our very well behaved dog. The management was gracious to make a fee adjustment. The value received was fantastic.

We were impressed – We were quit impressed with the room,not knowing what we were getting in for because we had never heard of Hawthron Suites, but after checking in the room, it had central Air cond. with seperate thermostats for the up, and downstairs...the kitchen has it all,stove,micro.,ref.toaster, coffee maker, plus dishes, silverware,mugs, glasses etc everything your own kitchen has. Wonderful – Our stay was wonderful...rooms were very clean and comfortable. We would definetely stay there again. We arrived there and they had our reservations and was checked in with no problem.

Cozy hotel – The grounds were soothing and tranquil. The staff were polite and pleasant to talk to. The room was homey and cozy. The location was easy and driver friendly to get to. Me and my family would recommend staying.
