As long as you have a family member with you to do everything no problem. Don't expect a fast response to call lights etc

I took my Mother to ER last night, when we were waiting for more that 4 hrs only to be put on the hall way. My mother's feet got extremely swollen n the nurse in charge of chairs did nothing to comfort my Mother. Worse experience ever.

I went to ER last night, when we were waiting for more that 4 hrs,we have to deal with a man siting in a wheelchair that smell so bad, that was very offensive for everybody and nobody did anything about it. Later they use the same chair to sit a boy with an arm fracture without cleaning it or disinfecting,the mom made a complain and somebody told her that she need to be more concern about her son that for the chair. Security is not good either they told her that everybody uses the wheelchairs and there is nothing they can do... read more
