They need to improve their procedures. The staff is rude and does not think of what is best for the patient. My mother was brought to the ER with a head laceration. They refused to let me see her for 3 hours. They would not even come out to record her medications, allergies or medical history with me even though I kept offering the information and she was asking them to talk to me since I manage her meds and care for her. She ended up staying for 2 days and came home with a staph infection in her blood. This caused her to be... read more

My son was in at this medical center for about thirteen days. All the nurses on the 7th floor were more and amazing. They all went above and beyond for my son and my family. I will never be able to repay them for are the love they showed us!
