The WORST customer service I have ever encountered from a medical provider. I was insulted by one of your employees over the phone while trying to get simple information about my bill. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Really? I will be contacted my doctor, a world-renowned cardiologist at Cedars-Sinai to let them know my experience with your company. My doctor has made it VERY clear that they are interested in not doing business with other providers who provide poor service.
