AVOID THIS COMPANY!! We booked 2 apartments with them back in April When we arrived there were no keys in one of the lock boxes The other lock box had a broken key card which was unusable After 4 HOURS of multiple phone calls to the company they then told us they had no keys and we couldn’t stay there Obviously this is totally unacceptable - how do you not have spare keys? So we had to find a last minute hotel which was more expensive The company said they would cancel the booking and refund us. They never did. I am lucky I ... read more
