Slow and stupid.............................................................................
I have spent the past month trying to get a prescription filled and so far still have not resolved their questions and have not received my prescription. Each call since the 19th of August has averaged 30 minutes with most of that time spent on hold. I still haven't had my questions answered either. I'm not sure this medication is worth the hassle. There has to be a better system because this one is BROKEN!!!

I have been promised a $106 reimbursement check for almost 9 weeks, everyone one I speak to, including 2 supervisors lie to me and tell me it's on the way. So far they've had the wrong address (they mailed me a notification to my correct address telling me they didn't have my correct address) and they haven't submitted their end of forms correctly. If my husbands Union keeps them next year, I don't know what I'm going to do. They are worthless
If you actually want to get your medication, this pharmacy is not for you!
I just spent 25 minutes on the phone with a lady to order my husbands blood pressure meds, gave her the credit card 2 times (they have it on file already). She ask me again to which I said I will give it to you one more time and then I'm talking to your supervisor. She hung up!! How do I know she's not surfing the web with the long pauses between me giving her my card # and using my card??? Filling a prescription should not take 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Once again, it is the consumer who suffers. A person goes to the doctor, is prescribed a medication and needs to make the following choice... - Option A - Keep suffering and wail 2 weeks (hopefully) for your prescription to arrive - Option B - pay a hefty penalty by visiting your local pharmacy When a prescription takes 2 weeks to fill, you are stating that your operations are subpar at best, you are short on inventory, you are short staffed and the post office takes t... read more
