I should have checked the reviews here before switching to Optum Rx. It is without a doubt the worst pharmacy service I've ever received. The website is useless; things don't work. The phone help line doesn't work; prompts send you off into never never land. If you somehow get through to a customer service rep, s/he is very nice and helpful, but they tell you one thing and something else happens. Worst company I have ever had to deal with in ALL my life! Wow! JUST WOW! Health care reform --- PLEASE --
If only we could give a Zero Star rating...... Absolutely the worst customer service. I'm stitching back to local pharmacy service. The lower pricing benefit came with monthly 1-2 hour long calls that I had to endure. The Customer Service Reps are completely untrained and seemly are right off the streets. Terrible experiences.
They are the equivalent of a shady door to door salesperson scam artist....only they are in the pharmacy world. Repulsive, incompetent crooks.
They received the medicine I shipped back to them on March 13th. It is now April 11th and they have yet to refund my $130.74!!!! I have called numerous times and spoken with different people who always say, "Give it another 7 days" but my refund has not been processed and it's been 2 days short of ONE MONTH!!! Ridiculous!
Worst Pharmacy in the country. Incredibly poor decision by Calpers to use this company.
