Worst customer service ever! I can't even believe what I just dealt with and after all that the rep HUNG UP ON ME! This is absolutely not ok!
Customer Service sucks. Instead of setting up my account for automatic refills, they cancelled my account by filling in the wrong fields. I was promised a timeframe where I could see dates for refills on my account. Not there! I spent 30 minutes with some buffoon who kept putting me on hold.
I spent about 2 hours on the phone with a rep in the web site office at optumrx and got nothing corrected on my log in page. The rep told me that someone would call me today 1/4/17 to straighten out the mess they made of my log in page with this supposed new update they installed yesterday on there web site. Nobody called. I attempted to log in again today wondering if the web site was "fixed" and thanks to the no-call and obviously no-fix, my account is still locked. You customer service manager VOLUNTEERED information to me that OPTUM RX DENIED INSULIN TO A DIABETIC KID.
Again dealing with OPTUMRX on the phone a hellish nightmare!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have had a prescription for years and my doctor sends their renewal form and they can't process because there is a MG strength not checked! YEAH RIGHT!!!
Here we are going into 3 weeks and yall still can't get yalls heads outta yall a$$es to get my sons med to us which he is out, and needing really bad. When he doesn't have his meds he does poorly in school. I'm thinking it would be faster for me to come out there and do the job for yall. Worst company ever and it's a shame we have to be stuck with yall. Smh
