horrible service, they simply can't be trusted. They told me my doctor cancelled my prescription. Then they said she never sent a second prescription but I had a copy and when I sent it to them they made another lame excuse for not filling it
RecommendedI have been using optmum RX for 10 years and the price is better than CVS and they have a prompt delivery from the Carlsbad location. . I use them through United Health Care.
This a awful company. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. I have been trying to get my husbands MS med for 5 days. It’s a nightmare. He has run out of med and they don’t give a F**K.
Been with them longtime at times we all mess up but this Optum is very good
the people are very nice and helpful every time i called i did not have to wait long to get problem solved
Horrible customer service! They messed up a prescription 3 times, lied every time we called to check on it. Not smart enough to put the correct NDC code in and fail to fix their mistake! Unfortunately, we are stuck with them through our companies insurance.
This is the most screwed up company. We travel out of the country for an extended period. We try to get advanced medications on hand before We leave. We get a Vacation override to allow us to refill early. Now only 1/2 Have been filled sndbthey are telling us to have the Dr call it in to a pharmacy and then we can pay more for them...terrible customer service.
As you can see by all of the terrible ratings and horror stories, this company needs to be shuttered. It's putting people's lives in danger. They "provide" the worst of any business in any field that I've ever encountered. I have never received my medication correctly and it has been months of calling them every other day, having my providers call them and email them and something is always "done wrong" but never on their end.
