I’ve been a member of Optimum for about 3 years now and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s very well equipped, always clean, never too busy and is without the pretence that can often be found in other gyms. My 13yr old son also has weekly PT sessions with Josh Hoare, whom I also can’t recommend enough.
Absolutely love Optimum. Very friendly gym that offers everything I need!
