I went to Optimise Sports Massage for a knee injury sustained while running. Hayley treated it efficiently and effectively, I am now back running and training pain free! She looks at the whole person not just the injury sight, and found that my trainers had been causing the problem. She recommended me to someone to get a new pair of shoes.
