I’ve had several treatments with Dr. Bye, including microneedling, and the results have been incredible! My skin has never looked or felt better — smoother, brighter, and overall healthier. She’s extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain the process and aftercare, which makes me feel completely comfortable and confident. I have been a patient of Dr. Bye for the past 5 years and have had a range of treatments, including dermal fillers, SkinPen, and skin boosters. Dr Bye has been incredible with helping me with my skin! I have seen such huge results with the skin peel and am really looking forward to having the skin pen treatment done to help with my scarring. Dr Bye also sent me a skincare routine for at home which has been really gentle whilst still showing great results!

I had a facial back in March, (not carried out by Dr Bye) which caused irritation and redness to my face a few weeks after the treatment. I had a fantastic experience with Louise. She listened carefully to my concerns about my skin, what I was looking for and what would work for me, and she made some careful recommendations that would fit in with my lifestyle (as a mum of young children). The AlumierMD products are of excellent quality, and Louise is kind, a good listener and very knowledgeable.
