I have been seeing Ed and George for a couple of years now for back and neck problems and they have both been fantastic. They listen and adjust the treatment as needed and I always come away feeling 100 times better. My overall health and fitness has improved since I been seeing them and all the staff at OHI are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone who has joint/muscle pain to visit OHI.
Optimum Health came to me when I was at the very low point in my life, physically crippled with pain and mentally exhausted not knowing how to cope or if it even was possible to make me feel better. Ed took charge and not quite two years on I'm a new person. Causes of my pain were identified and dealt with, I was thought how to control my pain - thank you Ed for helping me enjoy my life and living it to the fullest again.
Both Ed and George are amazing! Experts in their fields and caring and compassionate. They have really helped to manage my back and hip pain. Reception staff are always polite and kind. I would highly recommend.
Outstanding service, from the receptionists to the chiropractors, optimal health and there team first booked me in after I called up asking for a emergency appointment, they was very busy that day but still managed to get me in. And from that day I have experienced nothing but a lovely professional well managed team. There like a big family everyone is very nice and understanding. Thank you everyone from optimal health!
Fate played a hand i believe in a client referring me toa very local physio/ chiro practice! Having seen my fair share of 'body experts' in my sporting life I was initially skeptical as I had a number of lingering niggles & injuries. George ( physio)has approached my muscular-skeletal form very methodically & measured.
