Supportive community, state of the art facility, Full Spectrum infra-red sauna, rejuvenation spa with hydromassage beds and massage chairs, app enabled bluetooth work out techno-gym equipment to track your work out and the best and most diverse list of classes offered anywhere and the opti university classes are empowering and inspiring! Definitely worth the few extra bucks to join this community/fitness center

I love this place! Top of the line facilities., from the machines to the technology. Friendly staff, great instructors, I Love the salt sauna and yummy smoothies. So thankful!
Came in town from STL to visit my sister who is an employee here and took the group fitness classes! TOP NOTCH gym! So clean! So nice! And the classes were amazing!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
