I love this gym! I love the services, the class options not only for the physical fitness, but for the Mind and body, as well as nutrition. Friendly and helpful staff, clean facility with state of the art equipment. I love that there is a spa in site with automated services in addition to full service massages and facials with a licensed therapist. Truly worth it, and so glad we have this here!

Opti-Life's fresh, clean, healthy atmosphere enhances the state-of-the-art high-tech equipment and caring and knowledgable staff that combine with the health oriented, community--with classes, contests and social activities that build knowledge, encourage consistency and greater effort--to enrich all the members lives physically, mentally and emotionally. I've never seen anything like it. Call it a life optimization organism not just a health-club.

Love the diversity of classes, the positive and knowledgeable instructors, the happy people greeting you from the front desk, and the amazing facility. (Can we say AMEN to the big ol' towels in the locker room!?!) I desperately needed motivation, and I'm so glad I found a gym in town that I could embrace and commit to as my 'place.' Opti-Life supports and champions our wellness, so we can go home and better support those we love!
