Whether they’re 20 or 60, they cheer each other on and motivate and inspire each other. Everybody starts somewhere, and Opti-Life gives every member the access to find a good fit for what they need at that time in their life.
Opti-Life has a beautiful facility, but most importantly, exceptional staff. The trainers are amazing, there is a wide variety of group fitness classes, and gym equipment is state of the art. Not to mention the mobile app to book classes, which is one of my favorite things! It helps me plan my week and keeps me accountable to my plan.
If you want a place that truly embraces the concept of community and provides you the opportunity to care for your overall wellness, than you have to check out Opti! I joined the summer of2018 and the improvements I have seen in my life since have been amazing. I definitely feel my taking full advantage of their services they offer has played a major role! Best gym I have ever tried! Moving to Fort Collins, CO Opti-Life is the biggest thing I miss in Wichita. That’s should say a lot.
