Love Opti-Life! It has met all my expectations! Such a variety of classes regarding heath and wellness. The staff has been super helpful and polite. You get to experience so much more than just a “gym.”

The best gym in the area! I am always greeted with a warm, friendly hello and all the staff and trainers are top-notch! Not to mention the beautiful environment, lovely locker rooms, and state of the art equipment. I have never been someone who has participated in group classes but I have loved the classes I have taken at Opti-Life. The instructors are so helpful and motivating , and I have made some new friends which is an added bonus. I would highly recommend checking it out!
Love it, Yoga, Piyo and Barre classes especially. Talented instructors. Front desk friendly, great experience on each visit.
