RecommendedThis is absolutely the best environment to work. The members and staff are all very friendly, the locker rooms are kept clean, and there are plenty of free classes to just jump in a take! Tribes are also offered for individuals to join various groups where you can meet new friends with the same interests

They offer a variety of classes from strength to cardio and the instructors are Amazingly Motivating.

I have severe rheumatoid arthritis.Yesterday the hubby and I took a visit to Optilife Wichita and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage area,I literally was able to move my body to begin to work out a little bit on the treadmill. thank you Ryan Littlejohn for the recommendation!
