Excellent company to deal with,,, from visiting their showroom and meeting Charlotte Humpage all the way through to installation completion it was perfect. Excellent communication. Wonderful standard of work,, the installation guys were so respectful and such clean and tidy workers. I would highly recommend this company.
Absolutely brilliant product and installation team, I do know what I'm endorsing I have just retired from the Construction Industry after 66years. In that time I’ve seen the Excellent and the Dire in that time.
The pergola is wonderful, the fitters and I, had a disagreement about smoking in my garden but I was willing to let that slide. I am unfortunately left quite displeased as my patio had been damaged caused by installation of the pergola and OPC refused to take ownership and pay for the damage to be repaired, another tile knocks when walked on which is quite irritating as it was perfect before the pergola. The team of fitters were excellent and very experienced. They were very knowledgeable with any queries we had carried out a superb installation. We are very pleased with our glass room
First class service from the moment I walked into their showroom, the order was placed and the delivery plus installation was done seamlessly, a good team of lads did a great installation job over three days, and cleaned up after themselves, well done OSC….from one happy customer!
