This company took over £9000 from us, promised to build extension but took the money and never showed again. I made number of trips to his office but failed to keep his promise. It got to a time that when I went to his office, it was closed down. Filled a case through the court but no luck. Has anyone won a case in court against this company?
Cowboy builders take money dont turn up ROBBERS
Guys don't trust this company, I was in the same boat as everyone else and bank was being difficult I eventually took my bank to the financial ombudsman because no matter what they should have obtained my money back. It was handled swiftly and I got my money back through the bank but I had also took opal to court, small claims and they tried to offer £250 a month I also rejected that and the court resulted in my favour so they also owed me through the court. This company owner Arif Mahmood owes me 12k Promised a kitchen extension and windows. Want my money back. BANK failed me. They started work but had to all get demolished as they sent incompetent builders. Arif send me my money back!!
Cold called my 85yr old Uncle and promised him new disabled bathroom and Stair lift. Scammed him of full £15000 and installed a cheap small shower (totally did not meet his needs) and never seen again. No Stair lift so unable to get into shabby unwaterproofed bathroom. Shambles. Total scam. This is the Directors 5th business in a few short years. Each one closed down. Should be banned for life
