Disappointed with the customer care service,I was asked if I was stressed when talking on my phone as my nails were getting done. I did not not want to go in to detail about the service,as the manager has decided to lie on me saying I was swearing in their racist shop and saying I was stressed, I found her rude asking me such a question as it was my birthday on that day,and felt not valued.and my intelligence insured after spending my hard worked money. I work for local government and deal with a diverse range of people.
Love it here!! Everyone is really lovely and the nails always look amazing ❤️
